Anti-Spam Policy

Lrintaflow is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and spam-free environment for all users of our platform at lrintaflow.com. This Anti-Spam Policy outlines the standards we uphold and the responsibilities of all users, partners, and affiliates when communicating through or in connection with our services.

1. Scope of This Policy

3. Prohibited Activities

Users of the Lrintaflow platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

3.1 Unauthorized Messaging

  • Sending unsolicited messages to individuals who have not opted in to receive communications
  • Using harvested, purchased, or scraped email lists
  • Sending messages to recipients who have previously unsubscribed or opted out

3.2 Deceptive Practices

  • Using false or misleading sender information
  • Crafting subject lines that do not accurately reflect the content of the message
  • Impersonating Lrintaflow, its staff, or any other individual or organization
  • Concealing the commercial nature of a message

3.3 Technical Abuse

  • Using automated tools to send messages in volumes that circumvent platform limits
  • Exploiting platform features to distribute unsolicited content at scale
  • Relaying messages through unauthorized third-party systems

4. Consent and Opt-In Requirements

All marketing or promotional communications must be based on clear, affirmative, and documented consent from the recipient. Consent must be:

  • Freely given, without coercion or deception
  • Specific to the type of communication being sent
  • Informed, meaning the recipient understands what they are consenting to
  • Revocable at any time by the recipient upon their request

Pre-checked boxes, bundled consent, and implied consent derived from an existing relationship do not constitute valid opt-in under this policy.

5. Unsubscribe and Opt-Out Mechanism

Every promotional or marketing communication sent through the platform must include a clear and functional mechanism for recipients to opt out of future communications. Specifically:

  • An unsubscribe link or clear opt-out instruction must appear in every message
  • Opt-out requests must be honored promptly and without requiring the recipient to provide unnecessary information
  • Recipients who have opted out must not receive further promotional messages
  • Transactional or service-essential communications are exempt from opt-out requirements but must not contain unsolicited promotional content

6. Our Own Communications

Lrintaflow sends communications to users in accordance with this policy. Our messages include:

  • Transactional emails related to account activity, course progress, and platform updates
  • Marketing communications only to users who have explicitly opted in
  • Clear identification of Lrintaflow as the sender in all outgoing messages
  • Functional unsubscribe options in all non-transactional communications

8. Enforcement and Consequences

  • Temporarily suspend access to messaging or communication features
  • Permanently terminate the user's account
  • Report the activity to relevant authorities or industry anti-spam bodies
  • Take legal action where applicable under our Terms of Service

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation and to cooperate with legitimate inquiries from authorized third parties in connection with spam-related complaints.

9. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Users who connect third-party tools, integrations, or services to the Lrintaflow platform remain solely responsible for ensuring that those tools comply with this Anti-Spam Policy. Lrintaflow does not assume responsibility for communications initiated through third-party integrations but reserves the right to restrict access if such integrations are used in violation of this policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Anti-Spam Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable standards. When we make material changes, we will revise the date at the top of this page. We encourage users to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
