What do these credentials actually mean?
Certificates from Lrintaflow reflect specific, testable knowledge — not just attendance. Each one maps to a defined set of skills across alignment, breath mechanics, and sequencing logic within intermediate yoga practice.
Qualifications we issue and verify
Each certificate listed below is tied to a specific module in the intermediate curriculum. Students who pass the associated quiz-based assessment receive a verifiable credential they can reference independently.
Alignment & Structural Mechanics
Lrintaflow — Core Module
Covers joint stacking, weight distribution, and common postural corrections across standing and seated poses. Assessed via 40-question applied scenario quiz.
Pranayama Fundamentals
Lrintaflow — Breath Module
Identifies correct technique for Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati, and Ujjayi breath across varying intensity levels. Practical identification questions form the core of this assessment.
Sequence Design Logic
Lrintaflow — Applied Module
Tests understanding of peak pose preparation, counter-pose selection, and pacing across a 60-minute intermediate class arc. Students reconstruct and critique sample sequences.
Who carries these credentials
Lrintaflow credentials are held by practitioners who chose to test their knowledge rather than simply accumulate hours. The platform does not award certificates for time spent — only for demonstrated understanding.
The three instructors below each hold credentials across multiple modules. Their assessments were completed independently, without guided review sessions beforehand, which reflects how the platform is designed to operate at a distance.
Pass rates reflect all attempts since the platform launched in 2022. Retakes are permitted after a 48-hour interval.
Taras Bevz
Instructor — Alignment & Applied Module
Holds certificates in structural mechanics and sequence design. Completed both assessments in a single sitting, which is the harder path — no module gaps to cover familiar ground twice.
Solveig Haugen
Instructor — Pranayama & Alignment Module
Based in Bergen, Norway. Completed the pranayama and alignment modules as part of a structured self-study plan over six weeks. Scored above the threshold on first attempt in both.
Daryna Koval
Practitioner — Full Intermediate Track
Completed all three module assessments over four months while working full-time. Notes that the sequence design module required the most revision — the quiz scenarios were more specific than expected.
Okwu Adiele
Practitioner — Pranayama Module
Joined the platform from Lagos and completed the pranayama certificate as a standalone credential. Found the audio-based practice prompts useful for self-paced preparation between attempts.
